Chasing epic waves aboard the Mangalui Ndulu for two weeks is made with the guidance and surf knowledge of Lippy, their captain. On day three of our recent trip to the Mentawais, we arrived at first light to discover we had the water to ourselves as the solo boat. For the next three hours the boys charged Greenbush, the infamous lefthand barrel found amongst the Mantawai Island.
