We met Mada Sudana at Padang airport on route to boarding the Mangalui Ndulu. A man of a few words that looked like he'd have a few stories to share once we cracked open a Bintang. Little did we know Mada was born to charge barrels and would get after it like a bat out of hell on this trip. From Greenish to Meatlocker, Rags Right, HT's, the Hole and more, Mada waiting for the biggest sets of the trip to roll on in before he paddled in and navigated his way through the greenroom time and time again. Scoring epic waves day after day in the Mentawais was made possible throughout the trip with the guidance and surf knowledge of Lippy, captain of the Mangalui.
